Is Built Specifically for Grades 2-5 Teachers
No strategies that only work in a secondary classroom. We are only sharing approaches that we have personally seen work for these grade levels. This is not a one-size-fits-all sort of membership.

Receive access to a private Facebook community filled with other Masterclass graduates that have joined the membership community alongside you.

Focus on specific strategies with a new theme every two months.

Not teaching the specific writing during that month?
- No problem! We will still support you. You can ask any writing question in the Facebook group.

Getting Started with Personal Narratives
You completed the Not So Wimpy Writing Masterclass and are ready to implement a new and successful writing workshop.
Here, you will receive 8 videos that will share tips and strategies to guide your students through the necessary mini lessons that are needed to successfully write a personal narrative.

- Discover ways to help students generate story ideas, rehearse, and draft their narratives.
- Learn strategies that will help your students revise their writing through lessons on leads, dialogue, and more.
Module 9
Teaching Students How to Write Informational Reports
You are ready to receive more ideas to support your students as they specifically write informational reports.
Here, you will receive 8 videos that will offer successful steps and strategies to use while you teach your students to write explanatory or informational reports.

Opinion Writing Game Plan
It is now time to focus on ways to teach your students how to write and revise opinion pieces.
Here, you will receive 6 videos that will share ideas that have worked for our students while they wrote opinion pieces about different topics.

Yes. Only teachers who have signed up for the Not So Wimpy Masterclass are eligible to join the Not So Wimpy Writing Tribe. We want to be able to talk about specific writing lessons rather than repeating content from the course. Did you sign up for the masterclass, but you haven't finished the course? That's fine. You are welcome to join the tribe, but we do recommend finishing the course soon.
You can take these tips and apply them to other units. That’s the beauty of writing instruction! You will also have access to all of the videos and weekly tips to revisit at any point as long as you are a member of this tribe.
